Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. About Framely
Framely is a South African platform that lets businesses and creatives share branded photo and video galleries with their clients via a single link. We are based in South Africa and all pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR).
2. Your plan
- Framely plans are once-off payments for a fixed period: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
- You are never automatically billed or debited again.
- When your plan expires, your galleries are paused — they are not deleted immediately.
- You choose if and when to renew.
- Renewing starts a new period from the date of payment.
3. Cancellation policy
- Because Framely plans are once-off payments and not recurring subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense.
- If you no longer wish to use Framely, simply do not renew when your plan expires.
- If you wish to cancel before your plan expires, you may notify us at support@framely.co.za and we will mark your account as cancelled.
- Your account and galleries will remain fully active and accessible for the remainder of the period you paid for — nothing is switched off early.
- No refunds are issued under any circumstances — your access simply runs its course and ends at the expiry date.
- There are no partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or credits for unused time.
4. Your galleries & data
- Your galleries and uploaded files belong to you.
- When your plan expires, galleries are paused for 30 days — not deleted immediately.
- After 30 days of expiry with no renewal, Framely may permanently delete your galleries and files to free up storage.
- You will receive an email reminder 14 days before any permanent deletion occurs.
- You can delete your own galleries and files at any time from your dashboard.
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely by PayFast, a South African payment gateway.
- Framely does not store your card details.
- All payments are in South African Rand (ZAR).
- If a payment fails or is reversed, your plan will not be activated or will be paused.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Framely to share:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Content that infringes copyright you do not own
- Adult or explicit content
- Content that harasses, threatens or harms others
Framely reserves the right to remove any gallery and terminate any account that violates these rules without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Framely is provided as-is. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss of business or income caused by downtime or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan period.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Active users will be notified by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of Framely after that date means you accept the updated terms.
